Will 3.4L ported and polished heads fit a 3.1L??????

Well, yes & no.
If free, certainly.
If paying a fair price for used heads that have new valve guides (number one wearing part on the 60* heads!) and the springs are even pressure set up, YOU SCORE & WIN BIG TIME.
The Spring set up on the 3.4 is better.
BUT, you can make 3.1 heads, just as good, too.
Buy better springs/retainers/locks and install new guides.

YOU will have to determine what the "FAIR PRICE" to start this project.
BUT I strongly recommend new valve guides.
