Re: ohm meter tested injectors...

you might want to contact south bay fuel injectors and show your support for a sponsoring company. Mention you are a tgo member for a 10% discount. I think the corsica 15#hr will work but just ask them.

Re: ohm meter tested injectors...

if this reading was taken while the injector was hot 3, 5,6 are marginal. They multi-tech design if these are stock are not that great. Toss them they are junk

As I posted in one of your other threads, don't even bother checking them, just throw them in the nearest trash can. They are the OEM Multecs which by now had to have coils shorting out (which they are).

Get some reman Bosch injectors from Southbay and be done with it.

Re: ohm meter tested injectors...

Thanks for your support guys. Just thought I would add my .
Let's put it this way 91camaroRS3.1, if a company offered to give us 5,000 or more of the stock injectors for cores for free, we would tell them Thanks but no Thanks! Probably better off using them as a weight on a fishing pole

Whether you purchase from us or not....listen to the other members, they know what they are talking about!

Just installed a set of these in my 1990 camaro and they work great the part number on them is 0280150415 and I think it crosses over to a BMW the company says they flow 16lb hour.

Yes, if low enough in resistance it will prevent the ECM from firing the other 5. There is only one injector driver in the ECM, all six injectors are fired together from the one driver. Note that there are two pins on the ECM that are used, but internally those two pins go to the one driver.
