Problem with RPM's !

Seems like I have problem with the RPM's on my camaro 91 V6 5-speed.
While in gear they work fine but when I press the clutch the RPM's does not drop quickly enough and sometimes the needle get struck and I have to press the gas pedal again in order for it to drop.

I have replaced the TPS sensor, MAP sensor but no luck.

I have had this problem for quite some time and its annoying.
What can be the problem ?
Can it be the Vehicle Speed Sensor ? or something else ?

Have anyone had this kind of issue with their camaros' ?

Apprecite all the help !

I've got a similar problem with mine... I also noticed when just sitting if I revved it up to 2500, it would sit there for a sec after, then rev UP to 3000 and slowly back down... with my foot off the gas completely... I also have a e
lean mix code that comes up if I idle for a whle, not sure if you have anything similar?

One thing to try is pull the vacuum line of the fuel pressure regulator and smell for gas in the line. If the regulator diaphragm is leaking gas gets sucked into the intake and messes with the idle. Also makes warm starts difficult.
