Speedometer not working and where can i find this part?

Car: 1991 Chevy Camaro RS
Engine: V6 3.1L
Transmission: Auto
Axle/Gears: Stock
Speedometer not working and where can i find this part?
I recently replaced the ECM and when i drove the car my speedo wasn't working also my car wasn't shifting at the right point(Auto trans). I have a leak coming from the pipe connecting to the EGR valve but i don't know where i can buy this part.

Only thing the ECM has to do with in the transmission is the torque converter clutch (before 1993, anyways). All of the other gears are related to the TV cable (the thing attached to the throttle lever on the TB by a green connector). Double check your codes and make sure you're not getting a code for the VSS (24?). Also make sure that the connections at the ECM are good (I've had terminals come out of the connectors before).
I have at least one of those EGR pipes if you need it...
