My 87 Camaro

I recently (early winter) got a 87 Camaro.
38,000 original miles.

I know the lady I bought it from and, until I bought it, it had never even seen rain.

Planning a little cleanup and maybe a few mods.

It is a 2.8 V6.

Drives great and pretty peppy.
I was thinking engine swap, but now I am thinking SC or Turbo.

Anyway, just my intro to the forums.

I tried to put in my signature, but not showing yet.
I'll have to post them somewhere and link to them.

Looks clean. A hard-top no less. Nice pick.

Re: My 87 Camaro

So far, I replaced:

The battery
The Alternator
(maybe didn't need to; now I think it is a charging wire problem)
The washer fluid pump.
The muffler (just went with $30 muffler for now. Not sure of my long term plans, so I didn't want to invest yet. I just needed to be able to get out of the neighborhood without waking everyone up. It was NOT fun replacing it with the sideways muffler and dual exhaust)

Re: My 87 Camaro

Nice find. And welcome to the forum.
If it's that low of miles, and you're happy with how it drives, I'd just leave it stock. Or an "over restored" version of stock. (and that's saying something, cause I am FAR from a stock ****)
