baffling code 34 please help!

okay im going to try and be as descriptive as i can about what i've already done to try and fix thiss thing. my car is a 1987 pontiac firebird v6 2.8L that my father and i rebuilt about 5 years ago. ive driven about 60 thousand miles on it since with little trouble.

about a month ago the car started getting hard to start in the morning, and it would stall at idle sometimes. so this past week i replaced the IAC valve and then i replaced the MAF sensor today. i adjusted the TPS to the closest i could get it without a volt meter and i also checked the wires leading from the maf sensor and they all look okay. i also checked for any vacuum leaks around the area and i also could find none.

i do regular tune ups on the engine myself and im just out of ideas. does anyone have any idea why it could still be flashing code 34? the light only comes on when i stop at a stop light when the engine is fully warmed.

i also checked the voltage at the connection for the maf sensor. it tells me its only getting 10 volts to the orange wire.. is it supposed to be 12 volts? and how would i go about fixing it to get 12 volts back to the orange wire? i replaced the relay thats mounted next to the fan shroud and it made no difference. any help please??
