It's hard to tell. The video was very jerky for me at least. Was it 13 and 14? The 12s are just a signal that the ecm is communicating correctly. It's the codes between the 12s that count. 13 would be O2 sensor and 14 Coolant temp. May want to check them.

The code 12 showing it is in diagonistic mode is first. The second looks like 13 so you are correct in your 12 and 13 showing.The 13 is your only error code from what I saw.
