I got a code 45, how do I fix it?
I got the Oxygen sensor replaced, fixed the hole in the right valve pipe, and it went from a code 13 to a code 45, but in my manual it says "Rich Exhaust"...I pulled the TPS and cleaned it and the car starts up better and Idles rough at first start, but after 6 minutes, it gets better in Park, but it gets a really rough Idle in gear.
I even pulled the air filter, rotated it, and cleaned the tube and casing up and performed a Throttle body Cleaning, and it still has a rough Idle in gear, so how do I adjust the Fuel/Air Ration???
the car is a 91' 3.1 ltr, automatic

Vacuum leak
exhaust leak before the o2 sensor
Bad CTS sensor
Bad o2 sensor
Bad TPS sensor
the rough idle could be from a dirty or bad idle air control valve.
Make sure you're getting good spark on all 6 cylinders . Also check EGR valve and make sure its not stuck open or there is a bunch of carbon build up int the egr port.

the IAC was replaced, as well as the EGR, new spark plugs, new dist cables, oil change, fuel filter, the only things left to replace are the TPS, and or CTS*?...the O2 was replaced just two weeks ago, and the hole in the Right exhaust valve was sealed up*...so right now it is running Rich, so would I need a WinALDL cable to fix it with???

Did you do an idle relearn yet? If not, disconnect the battery and do it.
Check your CTS resistance when cold and check the MAP and TPS output voltages at idle. And also check your injector resistances per bank (or injector, whichever is easier). Injector resistances should be no less than 11.8 ohms each or more than 4 ohms per bank.
You don't need an ALDL cable for 90% of diagnosis...
