ok so i had to pull my motor to replace freeze plugs and now that i got it in after doing new ignition stuff plugs taylor wires msd coil cap and rotor etc it iddles horibly and started throwing code 43 i looked it up and everyone says its some how a knock sensor well my knock sensor is broken it wont stay in the socket because have the plastic shroud crumbled away so only one side grips the plug help please

 

update i just broke the starter sylinoid off the starter when trying to crank it why is it doing this. am i saposed to reset the timing after i put a new cap rotor coil and wires on?
