Ford E59E-A2B injector

I was going to switch to the F1ZE injectors on my 86 2.8L but found some Ford E59E-A2B. They are 14# according to http://www.fuelinjector.citymaker.co...low_Rates.html but at 30PSI (2 bar). So they are probably 19# at 43PSI? Anyone tried em or are they not the right size flow wise or physically?

Re: Ford E59E-A2B injector

They are approx. 17lb....16.7 to be exact. They may be a tad too big for a 2.8 as replacements should be 15lb. You could always drop your pressure a bit to approx.
39-40psi if need be.
If we can help you, we have the 15lb bosch 4 spray injectors in stock. Hope this helps

UPDATE: I got the Ford injectors from South Bay and the 2.8 runs great now! Mark up another F1ZE success! Easy to switch out. Wires plug right on. About 1/4" shorter but if you use your clips from the stock injectors on the top groove it all fits fine and doesn't leak.
