FPR & Timing??

so I just recently put my entire engine back together and re-did my fuel pump, put in a new battery and all it did was turn over, I am almost sure it is the timing but I would like to get a better look at what vacuum like goes to the fuel pressure regulator? I am not sure I have it hooked up correctly? hopefully someone can chime in and help me get this Camaro back up and running

heads where all re-done. valves and seals changes new gaskets. new spark plugs n wires. new ignition control module. anything else I should be checking? have not changed out bad oil yet but that is next.

Re: FPR & Timing??

Did you check to be sure you have fuel pressure building up, are you getting spark? Check the basics first. Do a quick search on here and you should be able to find the vacuum line diagrams. I know I've seen them before. I've also found some pics I needed by Google searching in the photos before.
Also, since you replaced the fuel pump, are you sure fuel is flowing?
If you have the old oil in there and you rebuilt the engine, I wouldn't start it with old dirty oil on a fresh engine, you're asking for trouble. Put in fresh oil and then start it.

Re: FPR & Timing??

yea pressure is going throught but im thinking it might be the fuel pressure regulator, but beforehand im trying to see what vacuum port it goes into, I have it connected to the t on the intake manifold. oil will be changed here soon, as soon as I get the gas problem sorted out
thanks
