So I removed my ac compressor and air pump and got the smaller belt. I want to remove my power steering and going manual but can this be done? Is there a part no anyone knows for the belt? And if so how would it route?

 

I don't think you'd be able to do that without a dummy pulley there, unless you reinstall the A/C. If you remove the P/S pump, there is nowhere to run the belt for the water pump pulley. Even if you could, it would be a custom sized belt, since our cars all came with power steering from the factory.
If you're doing it to free up hp, you won't be gaining much really. There are plenty of other places to free up or gain hp other than converting to Armstrong steering.

Edit: You could look into switching over to V-belts, that may work. You'd just have to make sure the water pump still spins the correct way. I don't remember if it's the same or not for V-belt vs serp belt pumps.

 

You would have to swap water pumps to use a Vbelt setup IIRC. But a Vbelt setup would be the easiest way to it
