Fuel Vapor DriverSide - '91 V6

He Guys,

I'm still working on Fuel Vapor issue I have, perhaps you can help me out.

I have a '91 Fbody V6. Full tune up, new fuel filter and all. Car drives awesome. With the window(s)down, a fuel vapor occasionaly gets in. When driving steady CruiseControl, no vapor. When accelarting while driving, the vapor will appear random. Or in Cruisecontrol when i'm going uphill. So my first idea is: while building up pressure, vapor gets out?

Checked several things, it's not:

Vapor Canister, I don't smell it with the windows closed, vent on.

Fuel leak under the hood. Replaced fuel injectors, twice (long story, other thread) no leaks there. Checked double check. Also simply no fuel smell coming from there

Fuelcap. At least, i think. There's always a smell coming from the cap. Replaced the old cap with two other donor caps.

So, there some options left but could use some directions

Could it be:

Fuel vapor line at the tank? I just read in my haynes that there's one. How can I reach it?

Besides the Fuel cap, is there fuel pressure release valve or something that would cause this?

The famous 91 fillerneck recall? Does it line up for my case?

Any other ideas? Let me know!

Much approciated

Don

Hey, two things , check tank vent somewhere under drivers rear arch. Then check the charcoal canister very front engine bay passenger side .
Ive had both go wrong and just vaping off fuel.
