Cam i do it or no

New remanufactured motor 3.1
Is there a larger cam i can put i where i wouldnt have to change everything

the comp 260h is a safe bet. call up engle or crower or isky for more options.

Melling MTC-5 is also an option, a lot cheaper one too.

A better option in my opinion is call Delta cams and get a 260 grind for about a 120 bucks shipped to the door It also will come with a lifter kit. You can run that Cam on stock Springs and stock valve train .

how radical can you go on the stock tune?

With the stock tune i wouldnt go bigger then a 260 cam. While you are in there you should really port the heads out a bit. Exapecially the valve bowls.
