Fuel pouring out of throttle body?! 1992 V6 3.1L

Hi V6 crowd -- Recently discovered a massive loss of fuel (well, I found it on the floor) after walking into my garage one day. Found fuel dripping from the throttle body/air inlet interface. I pulled the inlet flex hose loose to look in and it looks like fuel is pooling at the throttle body and then slowly dripping out, making its way all the way down the engine, vacuum lines, smog pump, etc., and then the floor.

I pulled the gas cap and there was a huge amount of pressure released. I've uploaded some photos of what I'm looking at -- here's a video, too:

Any ideas? Ventilation problem? High pressure pushing through a bad/old gasket?

Much appreciated!

PG

Fuel pooling in throttle body, 1/2.

Fuel pooling in throttle body, 2/2.

Bottom line is where there is fuel there must be a fuel leak. Check all your injectors and seals, including the cold start injector if there is one on that engine.

Pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator. Turn the key to run (not start), and watch for gas squirting out of the fuel pressure regulator.
