Valve stem seals...
Hello, I need to repleace valve stem seals on my 3.1 v6 1991
In the kit I got 6 positive seals and 12 o-rings.
I`m confused because I got 12 o-rings, old o-rings were destroyed and felt apart while removing the springs.
I know that positive seals were on the intake valves and o-ring seals on the exhaust valves, but not sure if o-rings were also on intake valves.
So I need to put positive seals on intake valves, o-rings on exhaust valves, but do I also need to put o-rings on intake valves?
Thank you for help

Re: Valve stem seals...
I've always just installed positive seals on both intake and exhaust valves, never bothered with the O rings. They seal better anyway. That's what most do on here too, if you do a search.
