1990 v6 Camaro rs not running
I have a 1990 Camaro v6 rs, when i go to crank it tries to start for about 2 seconds and dies out and wont start again, When i first got the car it had began flood a bit. I done a gas pressure test and the gas pressure was fine l, so i went and started checking the ignition coil, the pick up coil and the icm, both the pick up and ignition coil were bad (i went ahead and got a new icm as well). I tested both the pick up coil and ignition coil using a test light and multimeter. ive changed
the thermostat as well. The last owner had straight wired the stereo to the battery, i dont know if that would causea problem or not. The car continues to flood badly, throught out my test of changing the Icm, ignition coil pack and pick up coil l, ive went through 3 sets of sparks plugs in just about 4 months. I checked the ecm for any signs of damage or any burnt smells to see if the ecm was the problem but it looked just fine to me. i dont really know what im doing, its my first car and im generally relying on google and whatever forums i can find to help me along. ive looked to see if any of the wires were grounded anywhere and i didnt find any and like i said im generally relying ongoogle and forums to help me fix my car, so any piece of information is helpful.

I sounds like the same problem I had. My problem was 3 bad fuel injectors.
You can test the injectors with an ohms meter on them.

Also i did pull out the fuel rail to check the injectors and they were all spraying fine to me about 3 months back. I dont know if thats a good way to tell, but they were all firing

Re: 1990 v6 Camaro rs not running
I placed the leads on the fuel injector connector.
I had 3 injectors below 8 ohms.
I think the range was from ~12 to 18 ohms.
Sorry for the late responsive. Don't come to this board as I used to.
