Cold throttle response issues
For the last couple of months my firebird has been starting harder and harder and it's throttle response when cold is abysmal. It's fine when it gets up to temp but when it first gets started you can floor it and or just jerks and can't struggle past 25. I've cleaned the whole intake system, gotten a new fuel pressure Regulator, and it's spark plugs and cap and and rotor are less then a year old. Could it be a maf sensor or something? Tyia

Re: Cold throttle response issues
The fuel pressure Regulator was just replaced. It runs much better with the maf is disconnected so I believe it is that. Unfortunately the time has come for me to sell it and I'm 80 percent sure the person who will buy it will precede to rip the 6 out and put an 8 in it. The help is appreciated.
