Find a used running 3.4 and stick it under the hood.
Saves time & provides power.
Do a search on the 2.8 - 3.4 Swap Boogie.
I wrote it.
I did it.
So have others.

Yea man get a 3.4 then build that one up if ou want to. You can get a good one for less then a grand. Thats what Im doing this summer, besides you can get a lot more power out of the 3.4.
Also the 3.4 has more top end power unlike the 2.8 that seems to loose power in the upper rpm range.

Call 1-800-230-3030 (Summit Racing)

Then tell them what you want.

It's that simple.

You WON'T find 2.8 stuff in any performance catalog; but that does not mean it's nonexistant. Search the V6 forum for things you want (cat-back, plug wires, ignition module, suspension, etc) and you'll probably find out we gave you part #'s.

BENSALEM!!!!
Damn I went to BC3, Bro lives in Levittown.
Edelbrock makes an intake (2bbl) & headers for the S-10 series.
They also HAVE valve covers, chromed.
ALL 60* HEADS INTERCHANGE
SOME choice of the heads are way better, tho!
Spend the measly $6 for the GM Performance Parts book for SO MANY ANSWERS
So worth the effort to get this book and see what many say in pics and specs!
Wave Hi to Willow Grove Air Station for me
AND burn out on Street Road, just once.
AND HAVE A CHEESE STEAK & TASTYKAKE!
I'm in withdrawal, was there New Years

There's a Hoagie shop at the Plaza, across the street from Pep Boys, has a Sports theme. Next to a used tool shop.
I got two Italian Hoagie specials 12 or 18", for the plane ride home (It is a 4-5 hour flight!).
OH SO PRIMO.
Last hours in Philly were going to Pats and Ginos, LITERALLY!
I really enjoyed PATs this time.
Ginos was so-so.

Last time I had both in 15 seconds , Ginos won.

I may be back real soon as I'm trying to speak to the Presient of Tastykake to market their products out in LA.
NO THERE IS NOTHING AS GREAT AS A PAT'S CHEESTEAK OUT IN LA Or a Lee's Hoagie!
What did ya want from growing up on the stuff? Especially Pat's at 2-3 AM?
