turbo

Hi,
I have a 89 pontiac firebird and would like to know what I could do to make it quicker. Its in perfect running condition. I just want it to have more power. Is there a company that offers a turbo kit?Or would you recommend me anything?

use the search button on the top right, it will help you find out a lot on what you're loking for.

Try going to different turbo site, as they will usually have whaat is needed/involved in adding a turbo/power adder.

you also migh twant to try a 50-75 shot of nitrous.

Put in the larger 3.4 engine.
IF you're gonna race somemone, race a real car (like an old Chevelle or old Corvette), not those farting sounding tinker toys.

I also have a 89 firebird one thing I noticed is the air intake system makes them starve for air, not that great of a design.
I would try to make up a could air induction system like alot of the guys on the boards have and install a K&N filter. You will notice the difference in power and it should actually improve mileage.
