2 Questions

 My dad wants to know, Does he have to take apart the WHOLE dashboard to take out the heater core?? He hopes not. Give me step by step descriptions. Also, This question refers to his other car, Though not a F-Body, It's a 1992 Plymouth Sundance, 2.2 Liter. He put another head in and **** and everything matched, He got the head shaved. Went to start it and all it did was crank. There's fire, There's fuel and the battery is great, We checked all wires and ground wires and they are all good. Fuses are good. WHAT COULD THIS BE??

question1: get the hayns/chilton book. Will have all the answers

question 2: were the crank & cam aligned properly before the head was removed? very important for ohc engines. Also, was the timing belt put back on?
