ok, i was jumpin my friends car today and i held the car @ about2500 rpms when he cranked it over and while i was doin that i noticed a small amount of smoke coming out from way down in the engine behind the plenum, behind the engine u could say....i know i have a power steering leak, so was that just steering fluid burning off?????

Hose down engine bay & check again.
