will these make a difference in speedo reading

rim size does not effect the spedo, but why would you put 14" rims on? thats even smaller than the 15" rims already on there??????????

The problem you will probably run into is the brakes. The stock rims are usually the smallest rims to fit over the brakes.

As far as speedo problems, it not the rims size, but the tire size, height, either way tallers or shorter, there will be a difference.

if the rims fir the 86, they will fit the rs. The only thing that would make the speedo change is if the tire height is different
