Pick me out some wheels (Not C5 or C6 or Torque Thrusts) Something diffrent!
All right I've been looking around for a while and cant find wheels that look just right. I've got C5 ZR1 wheels on it now (17x9 and 17x11's) But i'll be putting some power to the ground and don't trust adapters going 10's. Yes I have searched... All the good looking ones require an adapter..Right? I'd like to stay 17" 0r 18". wanna stay with the 315 tire in the back. The car is red with hertitage stripes. HELP.

These have the +36 mm offset, so if you have a stock-width third gen rear axle, then these can be used without adapters. You will have to use the same lower control arms and wheelwell mods as Stephen, but most ZR1 17x11s are a +50 mm offset, and those do require 1/2" spacers.

Re: Pick me out some wheels (Not C5 or C6 or Torque Thrusts) Something diffrent!
Been looking for non 5 spoke rims myself. Found a couple guys that have custom rims but they cost. BOZE wheels can get a direct 17x10 rim mesh x wheel but they run 2100 a set. Been seeing that a 5x120mm bolt pattern should work even though 5x4.75 is the bolt pattern for 3rd gens. That comes out to 120.65mm. But I saw some TSW wheels on a firebird on cardomain that had the 120mm and the guy said they fit fine, were origionally for a 05 BMW 5 series I think? Something to look into. Havn't tried it myself but I am looking at going that way somehow. Hate 5 spoke. Way to comon.

I would go with an 18" Boze forged wheel. They have some SWEEET designs that look perfect on a RWD car. Or you could just buy my Ruff Racing 18" 278's off me!
LOL.

IMO - These are hot and unique. The combination of the powder coated wheel combined with polished spokes looks great.

I love the Axis "Penta" wheels.... Too bad you'd need to step upto 20" to get the right bolt pattern.........

What do you think of Pontiac G8 wheels? I recently saw two G8s and really liked their rims- they were simple and I think may work well with our cars. I'm having trouble finding them online though, as aftermarket 19in wheels keep popping up, which I think would look to big/silly for our cars. I can't imagine the G8 really came with 19in wheels stock. But here are two links. Thoughts?

I think you need CRAGAR soft 8 wheels in black! I am running 335's in the rear, and 275's front no rub . I also had the rear rims widened to 13 inches .My page is about 17-19 @ (1 rapid 1 ) !!!!
