if you were wanting the SS ZR1 wheels... what color would you opt for... post pictures if you guys have them on your car
im refinishing a set (some **** painted them horribly in white) so i stripped them to their original finish, deciding either to just clear them, or go black with machined lip.. or perhaps white again but done right this time..

were talking about the 90's style zr1's and not the new ones RIGHT? and yes what color of car please. Im most likely going not vote for black/polished lip either way though lol.

well my car is black... so im leaning towards just clearing them.. at some later point my car go back to being white... it was originally white and the previous owner painted it black for some damn reason, and not very well at that..

What about the competition gray that the newer Corvette wheels are? Or you could go hyperblack. Very similar color. I LOVE hyperblack and comp gray. The SLP ZR1's came in hyperblack.

i have a set of hyperblacks on my 87 and a set of black/chrome on my 99. either one of those choices would be great, however the slp's in factory form are 3 inches narrower than the black/chrome.

I vote polished or ALL black. The polished lip, IMO, looks just like anyone's black wheels. It's not hard to paint the lip yourself, by the way. Dos Pesos.

If I had a second set I would powdercoat them white. I knew a guy that has white ones on his 4th gen and they looked badass. I dig mine in the factory heavy metallic silver, but like I said, if i had a backup set, would totally do white
