so these wheels fit?

im looking into buying these wheels
http://www.jegs.com/i/Cragar/260/397...oductId=754162

and from my understanding (according to this chart)
https://www.rsracing.com/images/tech-wheeloffset.gif

i will need a 5.5 back spacing to make these wheels fit but these wheels only come with a 4" backspacing. so, if i get a 1.5" spacer can i make these wheels fit?
or am i just confusing the hell out of myself? please help!!! thanks!!

a spacer will make the fitment worse, you ideally need 6-6.5" of bs. 5.5 will put the wheel just outside the wheel well.

no, a spacer reduces the amm0ount of back spacing, it bolts to the wheel, and reduces the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel to the inside lip, which is the backspace measurement.

it increases the negative offset.

a 296 cna fit on teh factory 16x8.

you need 5.5": of BS at the very minimum, but like i already said 6-6.5 would be best, but may require some inner wheel well hammering and such.
