"I weighed them as well. come in at 22.5lbs, not too bad if you ask me."

I could understand if it were 10 posts down or something, but this was in the very first post in the thread...And to a more on topic note that seems kind of heavy for 17x9s...

At the time when I originally read the first post I wasnt seriously considering getting any of these. I only recently thought about getting a set, didn't remember seeing a weight, so I fired it off. I actually looked through the thread and ignored the first post thinking it would take a while for someone to show up that would worry themselves about wheel weight to ask the OP to weigh them.

I made a mistake. It happens.

Don't the cast aluminum factory 16x8 IROC-Zs only weigh around 16 or 17 lbs if I recall though?

That's basically what I was looking for.

The fact that you did not have to run any spacers is amazing to me - which is why I asked.

Do you feel like you could run the 17x9s up front as well and be ok with space?

Would 275/40/17 fit the front too. I like your wheels and was going to place an order. Since your wheels are the same, could you try your rears on the front and let us know. Thanks in advance.

Yes. Pretty much EVERYTHING 3rd gen running a 4th gen wheel doe it since it is the stock 4th gen size tire. And many 3rd gen running aftermarket 17x9s have that size tire too, like me. No problems.

First time I've seen this thread and thsoe wheels look great. I hope the quality lasts for only $139.00 a wheel. I think most 3rd gens need a colored wheel rather than an all chrome wheel since all chrome is a tad too blingy for my taste. Any ways, great look.

According to every fitment sheet I've seen, a 17 x 8 will fit with no problems. So a 18 x 8 or a 17 x 9 should even fit. Just measure and use a fitment guide sheet.
