Re: new wheels on my firebird

The original Formula rims had different offsets between front & rear, and
could not be interchanged. The axle, or centerline width was also different.
I may have this reversed, but I believe the rear axle was a few inches wider.
Anyone with definite knowledge, feel free to chime in...

All that being said, if the wheels/rims fit -- no binding/scraping up-down
or lock-to-lock-turning, go with what you like best.

Re: new wheels on my firebird

You can use those 18x10s on the rear, but because they're the wrong offset and wrong bolt pattern, you'll need a pair of 1.25" or 1.5"-thick adapters, like from EZAccessory.
Your proposed fronts will just bolt right up.
I'd go 1.25", then do the same mods as the guys who fit 17x11s on the rear, with 7" BS.
