1.75 spacer for front 2.0 for the rear?
I've almost given up on this forum. Seems like all my questions go unanswered. I have to thumb through tons of pages from old threads to find answers and even then I don't get them answered fully.
Can I go with a 1.75 spacer up front and a 2.0 in the rear?
The wheels I bought are 17 X 9.5 (front) and 18 X 10.5 (rear) Corvette C5 wheels. black matte with polished lip. The car is a 84 Z28. The tires are 245 and 285. Looks like Ill be going with Hankooks for tires

Re: 1.75 spacer for front 2.0 for the rear?
the reason I have asked is that I want my front wheels to tuck under as deep as possible without issues. A little rubbing here and there is not a big deal as long as its not rubbing all the time. I want the rear tires to look much bigger than the front tires. I want the skinnies and fatties thing going without actually going with skinnies and fatties.

no one answers because they get sick of answering the same questions 2-3 times a week.
the ONLY way to get the wheels to fit how you want them to, would be to get them ,mount tires, remove you wheels and physically place the wheesl in the wheel wells where you want them, and then measure back to the hub for the spacer size.
if you provide the offset or the backsapcing (useful info for wheel fitment), then we may be able to do some quick math, but without, its hard for somebody without the same exact wheels to do anything.

I other question. Are you running the factory front brakes? I have 17X9.5 w/50mm offset and 2" spacers and 13"C5 front brakes and dont think I could have cleared with only a 1.75 before the C5 brakes. Think I could barely clear them now, the tie rod being the first thing to hit. It would be close!
