C6 wheels, will she handle OK?

Just bought some c6 wheels for my 89'. Was wondering if they will decrease the handling on the car, does anyone know? Im guesing since they're factory on a Corvette they were built to handle well but with the width on them its hard to imagine the car handling the same or better. Does anyone know?? Thanks

kinda lost here. They are larger, so they have wider tires, so they will have more grip with the same tire compound, so they will perform better. However they are heavier and require spacers, so there is some tradeoff there.

what they came off is irrelevant

I got the ROH Snypers which have the same back space so no adapters needed. I think they were standard on at least one older model Corvette. They have 275/40 tires and the increased grip is very noticeable even though my tires aren't that great. However, I only use them for auto-x because they tend to wander a bit on the street. They try to follow every contour of the road which gets to be annoying for regular driving. If you have good roads where you live it may not be an issue. I swap to regular size tires for normal use but for the track and special occasions I use the biggies.
