So I recieved my 2" wheel adaptors today and one I am not so sure about. It looks like it got dropped on the edge and what worries me is the flange face has a slight bubble to it. I am not sure if this would effect it as it is aluminum and the rotor hub is steel so I would think the adaptor would be the one to give when torqued down. Additionally I an not sure that edge even makes contact. Thoughts?

Additionally how are you guys torquing these on? When I torque the wheels on a car I always snug them up first while in the air, then lower the car till the tire touches the ground to keep it from spinning as I put final torque on. Not sure how to keep it from spinning while when bolting it on.

I'd probably file it down, but that's because I wouldn't have the patience to send it back...

As far as torquing, have someone depress the brake, or use a stick or pedal depressor. Nice thing is that you only have to tighten them when installing them, or when changing hubs...

File it smooth...Not worth the problem with a return.

Yep, just grind it down and run em.

I used the stick and seat method to hold brake pedal down while I torqued them on.
