Can I get away with 1.5" spacers all around?
I am going to be running OE Zr1 rims... 17x9.5 fronts and 17x11 in the rear. Back tires are going to be 315/35r17... Can I get away with running 1.5" spacers all around? 2" spacers stick out a bit more than I would like... Also, the 1.5" spacers will work better for when I upgrade the brakes all around as it might push the wheels out a hair more.
17x9.5 w/ 56mm offset
17x11 w/ 50mm offset I believe.
Having them sunk in a bit will be nicer for when I lower the car, I don't want to be scraping because the wheels stick out too far.

Simple answer- no.
I just test fitted 17x11s on my car, and you already need the pound the crap out of the inner fender at the front of the wheelwell just to get the tires far enough in that they don't stick out.
Up front, you'd probably run into major interference with the steering arm on the knuckle...
I believe that combo at that offset requires 2" spacers in the back, and 2.25" up front. From what I've seen, there's no room to move inward at all.

Re: Can I get away with 1.5" spacers all around?
I have read about people using 2" all around with the same wheels, so I know it is possible. I just sent 1MeanZ a pm about him using 1.5" spacers in the rear, and this is what I got...
When I had the stock axle I ran 1.5" spacers with 315s on the back. I did that for the exact reason you list, I think 2" spacers make the wheel stick out too far. I had to do some extra hammering at the lower front portion of the wheel house, and my bumpstops would drag the rims with the axle at full droop too. Everything cleared fine after some massaging but that was at stock ride height. If you lower it you'll need to roll the fender lips still but it's not a big deal.
