18x8.5 offset? Back spacing?
Alright I'm finally going to buy some nice wheels and I found a good set but I'm not sure how to figure out which wheel I need to get because it has two different offsets I can buy. One is 18 x 8.5 with +12 offset and the other is +30. Will these work with a stock car? Would I have to put spacers in? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

+12 will fit right on, but might lok better with a small 1/4" or so slip on spacer. If you use one, just make sure there is enough thread engagement left with the lugs nuts

Awesome so it shouldn't rub at all if I keep the same diameter tires? And my front wheels already have a 1/8 inch spacer in them from the previous owner.

The factory wheels can rub, these might a tiny bit, but nothing abnormal. Since they are 18's they fit around the strut, tie rod and rear bumpstops better than smaller wheels
