PEM seems like a reputable seller, moreso through Amazon.
I like the fact they are hubcentric. I've used a similar set and they worked well.

They sure look hub centric to me, they call out a 70.5mm inner diameter. What they aren't is wheel centric.
In the most technical sense, hub centric only means that the hub bore is defined as the center datum of the wheel. It technically does not mean that the hub bore is a tight fit with the hub. Again, technically in a lug centric wheel, the bolt circle is defined as the center of the wheel.
