I'm looking into Corvette wheels that require spacers, and I have a question. I know that the stock hubs are 70.3mm diameter, and that (obviously), the spacer ID needs to be greater than 70.3. Is there a point where the ID of the spacer can be TOO big? I found a set of adapters that have the correct bolt pattern, but the ID is 87mm. Would that be a problem? Here is the link to these particular adapters in case I forgot any necessary information.

 

I looked for the link where it is discussed whether you need hubcentric or not but couldn't find it quickly. you might want to try searching for it if you want to read everyones opinion.
I personally think its better to have them hubcentric.
