Will these still fit under the wheel well? The offset is +56.

i would consider a different wheel. 3in spacers are sketchy. but you should be good there with that size spacer if you really wanted those wheels.

Think I could get away with 2.5? I would like to make them work within reason

I used some 2.25 wheel adapters for some +56 17x9.5 Zr1 replicas that I had on the front of my car. Worked for me no problems. Might be able to dig up a pic if you want to see.

3" is 76mm, or 20m more than you would need to get 56mm 9.5" width wheels to fit. They will stick out about 1".

That would be very much appreciated. The ones I'm about to buy have 275/40/17s if that matters.

Also having a hard time finding them in 2.25 and 70.5 center bore though

I'm just a little thrown off because the current wheels are 15x7 +20 and they are about a 1/2" from the strut.

the new wheels are 17" and since the strut is on an angle in relation to the wheel the clearance from the strut to the wheel will increase with larger diameter wheels.
