Backspace and Fitment
I am about to put a Strange S60 with LS1 brakes in my car and have been looking at new wheels. my question is mainly about fitment and backspacing on the new wheels. This is the set i've been looking at: http://www.oewheelsllc.com/Wheels_3/...0-5-17x9-5-SET
The S60 is 4th gen width but my main concern is that the wheels are going to stick out quite a bit in the rear, even with the 56mm backspacing. Also, I think i'm going to need to run a 2" spacer up front. Does anyone have any numbers or prior experience with all this? Thanks guys.

Re: Backspace and Fitment
You're pretty close to having it right, but the 56mm offset is enough to counter the axle width.

Re: Backspace and Fitment
Unless the axle is not exactly the correct width for a 4th Gen, using wheels with the proper offset for a 4th Gen will fit the wheels in the wheel well properly. The front will require a spacer, usually around 1.5 to 2.25". Might be better off waiting to order the spacer until the wheels show up so you get it right the first time
