just put 17" torq thrust II's on my 92 RS
just put these on my 92
below are the exact specs with part numbers for the wheels, I got my tires from tirerack, and the wheels from Jegs
there 17" torq thrust II's
front:
17x8 with 4 7/8" bs
245/45 17's
VN5157863
rear:
17x9.5 with 5.5" bs
275/40 17's
VN51579562

I read that with "some" people the 17x9.5's with the 5.5" bs would work on the front and I found where some said they wouldn't so I didn't chance it, I ordered the 9.5's first so I could see if they would fit on the front.....no way, the tie rod was hitting,(could've ground the tie rod down, but chose against that option), however I think if you had an 18" wheel it would fit, anyways, just took a quick pic in the garage to show how these look. I'll try and get some outside pics in the next few days....(all I do is work all the time)

So in theory if you'd have gone 17x8 in the back, too, which backspacing would you have used? 4 7/8" or 5.5"? Different than front like 16x8 IROC? Would either backspacing work in back?
