Spacers yes. The tires are much taller than stock, could be a problem on the front

No, they won't fit. The bore is too small for a 3rdgen hub to fit through it.

probably with 2" non hub centric spacers and you will need 5x4.75 to 5x120mm adapters.
You also may need to hone the center bores a little.
