Mismatched factory center cap?

One of these things is not like the other,
One of these things is not the same.

3 are clearly marked 10024896

the odd duck is marked but hard to read, ends ..4386? Shows significantly more discolouring, fewer mounting tabs.

all feature silver bird.

Is it an aftermarket or an earlier piece?
