Tire rubbing frame

Stock size tires are rubbing the frame in tight turns even when going slow. The rear rims are in the rear and the fronts are in the front. Only happens on the front side. Everything is stock size so i really have no clue what it is.

Pretty normal.
Don't hold the steering on the stops, no need to go that far.

Is there any fix to this? Do I just replace them with smaller tires?

Make sure it hasn't been crashed, alignment is good along with bushings.
Mostly, you learn to not turn that tight. No need to.

what tire size? Is it the same as on the sticker on the door? A lot can change in 35 years. How old are the springs and struts?

Well the sticker on the door is faded away, the tires are General Max 245/50 ZR 16 97W. The whole suspension is stock, its a 86 iroc so 38 years old now. Only rubs at low speeds and tight turns like U-turns and parking.
