Car: 1985 Trans Am
Engine: 350/290 crate with 650CFM Holley
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.27 Std 7.75 ring gear 9 bolt
Restoring original rims

This has been a journey in trial and error. First pic is rim #3 before. Second is rim #1 after a second go at it. Got one more to do.

Up here in the Great White North we always said "rims". Wheels are good too!

not sur where you live, but in my area there are plenty of 'big rig' truck stops, and almost all of them has a polishing dept.
for around $15 per wheel you can drop your wheels off, go inside get a beer and a burger, maybe even a quickie from a lizard if thats your thing, and by the time youre done, pick up your great lookin wheels and go home.
