My finger on the cable shows how much slop there is. With the throttle wide open it won't even click once

as you can see in this pic, all of my fuel pump relay wiring goes into the ECM harness and gets entangled with the rest of the wires. this is making it impossible for me to remove this harness and still run the fuel pump relay

this was right after I put the seats in, I swapped the wheel out for a nice condition GTA wheel I bought on here since this picture. still didn't clean up all the little details yet. I'm gonna go back to black kick panels.
