What is the correct name for it?

It can also be found in this kit.

Thank you AJ. That is exactly what I was looking for. You just saved me atleast $20. Much appreciated! Shouldn't the best in that pic be on the other side of that pulley though?

I would have thought so, but they may have added the pulley to a pic that already existed.

That's how mine is run right now; without the AIR pump. Is there any real reason you want that pulley? It's not needed other than for cosmetics.

BTW, I'll take $10 of that for "Finder's Fee".

most of the reason is for cosmetics. Without the air pump it just looks empty i guess. I have also heard that some people have problems when they leave a large gap like that in the belt tention.

EDIT: on a side note, did you see how much fbody motorsports/thirdgen resource marked up the serpentine kit!

No. If you didn't know, my '92 was totalled out last spring. I'll be pulling the serp. setup off it and using it on my '72 Camaro.

Here's a pic of my '92 now. It's drivable, but rides like a tin can now. The rear subframe got knocked wacko and it doesn't drive straight either.
