Actually, I have a new Z-28 bowtie grill sitting upstairs, but I don't want to install it until I have fog lights to go with it, and even then I might just wait unitl I get the whole car painted. That way I'll all nice, new and shiny parts at once.

 

Yup. It was there when I purchased the car. It's welded on to the frame I think. I guess you just never know when you'll need that kind of versatilty.

i got almost the same car!haha but i totaled it last october and worked on it all winter long and painted it and got it to look like new again, then about 4 days ago a lady blew through a yield sign and totaled it again and now i am looking to buy either an older camaro or a 91 z28 w/ the 1le package- the pictures of the first accident

Really? I see this color all the time....that's why I want to paint it a different color. I was thinking dark cherry or coral.....with 1991 blisters and grill, but with the headlight sockets painted that flat black. :hail:

white ninja, thats the teal green the camaros came with in the later thirdgen years, my color is close to that, but i had mine painted a little different green.

 

Beautiful car man! OK, I'm a little biased - it's just like mine. Yours has about 50K less miles and is just a little cleaner than mine. I like your list of mods too, at least it's a good start.

hey are u sure the hitch is welded on? my hitch was bolted on with 4 bolts and when i was repainting it i took the impact gun and took those bolts out and that was it. it almost looked like it was welded but i found the bolts.
