Attack of the Killer Steel Belted Radial

On my way to get the tire replaced, I had a blow out on the freeway. I was maybe 2-3 miles from the tire shop. The steel belts separated and as you can see, totally messed up my car. Ripped the ground effect off & beat in a massive dent.
So now I need to replace the ground effect. Does anyone in Phx have one? Passenger side ¼ panel, behind the rear wheel piece. If you do you can email or pm me with price.

that sucks hardcore donkey d*ck. im sorry to hear about that. hopefully you can get it repaired fairly cheaply. i would look in a junkyard to find the gfx piece and possibly experiment a little bit with a rattle can to have it lookin good again on the cheap...

Yeah, no kidding! My buddy that was driving litterally thought we were being shot from the sound it made. I was sitting over the tire that was doing it so I knew what was happening. I kept going "were gonna die...were gonna die....were gonna die......"

Almost done. I thought I was ready to paint last night...but with the rain & humidity I didn’t think it would be a good idea.
My brother backed into a pole & put a crease in the same 1/4 panel, had it popped back out, but you could still see it if you looked close enough. So I've been working on that too.
We used a wench + a dent puller to pull the wheel well back out. I have (oops I mean HAD) a friend who is a body tech, but he turned into a major flake. So I've done the whole thing myself, with help from my brother. I figure if I don't like the end result, I can always give into my better judgment & ask my Ex to fix it. But only as a last resort. I had been using Bondo spot putty, but I read in a thread in the body section not to use it because it will bleed through to the paint. So I started using Bondo "Plastic Metal", which I'd been using to patch a crack in my ground effects. I defiantly like it better.
I've taken pic's of the different stages of repair. I'll post them when I finish. I'll want opinions if it's a descent enough job or a 'do over'.

I'm happy with the way it came out. Still need to buff out the paint, so it blends in.
What do you think?
Remember I will be getting a good paint job around XMass (I hope). Which my car needed before the attack.

did you take out the center section of the spoiler or just put the other one right over it?
