TV Cable System Installed (pics)
I just got my tv cable system from www.tvmadeez.com (Bowtie Overdrives).... This is a GREAT system.. They included all the needed components with their braided kit, including a new tv valve spring! It turns out that the tv valve spring in my *cough* brand new 700r4 raptor transmission was suffering from the short spring syndrome that BT Overdrives described on their website. After getting the system installed (and readings taken with my pressure gauge), I couldn't be happier with the way my trans performs.

Also, I would like to say that anyone having trouble getting their tv cable to act right (after following the proper adjustment procedures) needs to replace or at least check the tv cable spring. If this spring is worn (compressed too far at rest), you will not be able to achieve the proper throttle valve adjustment. Here's one more pic.. btw, the bracket holding the accelerator cable is the mr. gasket universal bracket (with a little cutting). Works like a dream!! Hands down, the best tv cable solution on the market...

My 200-4r suffered from LSS as described in TV System 101. More
line pressure with TV cable on carb pin than with cable off. It
would start out in second gear and kickdown to second gear from
OD at 50 +.The problem was a shift kit washer between the TV plunger and its spring. I removed the washer and the problems were gone. Thanks to Chris Kokonis of www.ckperformance.com
