Convertible Sub frame Connectors

Does any one know where I can get a set of SFC'c that will fit on my '92 rs 305 TBI 5 spd convertible? Every good set I have seen says hard top only or not for convertibles.
weld in ones would be prefered

Also does any one know what exacly is different about the floor pan of a convertible? I know (think) the cars started out as T top models?

Thanks Ryan

Alstons

The difference is that they install reinforcements of their own when they convert them to convertables that take up the space most SFCs install into.

I have the Alstons. Bolt in type but I welded them on instead. Definitely helps stiffen the chassis. The convertible do have tack welded sub frame connectors from the conversion but they were insufficient. Kind of like the engine.

I got mine from a place called Coast High Peformance in Cali.
Just do a search on the internet, you'll find a a place. The alstons also allow the installation of dual cats on a ragtop.
