The numbers are the original yellow. The needles are a custom safety red from the shop that worked on the cluster...

I bought the white overlays from MacEwen Motorsports. They have the best fit I have seen from any white face kit for 3rd gens. They are extremely easy to put in WITHOUT removing the needles. I had my friend at the Chevy dealer send my cluster off to get recalibrated to make sure everything was reading correctly (speedo, rpm, volts, oil, gas, temp). I have an extra 140mph cluster that I am going to send off to be recalibrated and I am going to take the needles from my old 110 cluster and paint them bright flourescent red and put those on my white face 140 cluster and take the ones on it now and put them on the extra 140 cluster because I want a little brighter red on mine. It cost me $65.00 to have all the work done.
