I'd be interested in a set Spohn SFCs - coated. Probably easier to get enough people to GP the subs rather than the LCAs but as I said earlier I need LCAs also.
Any idea how many people you'd need to make a SFC GP worthwhile? Looks like there's three so far.
Something to consider is that the board is not too active right now - most of them seem to have dozed off. So maybe wait till about March or so before ordering and by that time there might be 10-15 confirmed orders.

I don't think Jim was askin for your grocery list here....
let's try and find a common item that everyone would buy so we can get the cost down.... that's what GP is all about.
Someones got the idea!

I got my Alston SFC's about 5 years ago on GP.
Maybe try them out if you're looking for prices, they are great.

I agree, SFC's would be good. I'm not picky about brands, as long as they're weld in.
Tires (DR's, or street, whatever) would be nice, but I'd be suprised if we could all agree on a common size. UNLESS, you don't have to.... ?

UPDATE
I'll be heading home tonight, and start working out some prices thursday and friday when I have time at work.
For you guys that are in need of stuff other then what appears to be turing into a GP (SFC's, LCA,Cutouts), If you were to buy a few things all at once I'm sure we could do something!!!!

Can you get a price for say 5 sets of subs 10 sets etc. because we might get more people in on it over the next few months.
Also, I could probably commit to buying more stuff by Feb or March as right now my cash flow is down because people don't pay my bills in December for some reason.

Spohn tubular SFCs - black coating - single cat - although I think these fit duel and single cat applications - part # 503 I think.
Spohn LCAs - adjustable - mild steel tubing - poly/poly - black coating - part # 204 I think.
Edit: Weld in for sure - I believe they only make weld ins anyway.

FYI
You still have to strip the coating off (on certain areas)when you get them welded..(I think)..so maybe the uncoated ones might be a more sensible choice
IMO IMO IMO
George,
You might want to do the relocation brackets with the SFC's so all the welding can be done in one shot..no mean to pry..Just an idea
BTW I did my LCAR's and LCA's with the SFC's

Thanks for the suggestions.
I have a set of brackets and I'll get all the welding done at once. Think I'm going to get the car measured out first though before installing the subs.
As for the coating, I'm not going to worry about it - just grind it off where needed and then paint over the welds.
